Nothing ships. A membership changes what we pay when you sell back. Before you open a pack you may choose one of its Booster Buybacks — a set number a month — and in the minutes after, it pays more in Harmony Cash than the 100% of the FMV anybody gets without one, spent on that pack whatever comes out; the Balance at the window stays 90% for everybody. From the vault we buy a card back only through a Harmony offer, which we make on the cards we want, and on a card you bought from us the plan’s own vault rate in Harmony Cash becomes your rate on that offer when it is higher. A card from a pack is lifted only by the Collector plan. No plan raises an offer on a card bought from another collector on the Market, nor on one a Pack Wars pot brings you from another seat’s pack; the card your own seat drew keeps the plan’s rate. Each plan’s figures are on the membership page.
It also credits Harmony Cash every month, and a plan may add Insurances, chosen before you open a pack in place of a Booster Buyback.
What it does not change is the odds. What is in a pack and the chance of drawing each card are published in full before you buy, membership or not, and no tier alters either.
Harmony Cash is store credit: it buys cards and packs inside Harmony Collect and it cannot be withdrawn. Your wallet balance is separate, it is money, and it can be paid out.
