Store credit for Harmony Collect. It buys cards and packs, it does not expire, and it cannot be withdrawn — that is what separates it from your wallet balance, which is money and can be paid out.
Top-ups open with the memberships. Until then your wallet balance is the only balance on the account, and it stays withdrawable.

An auction that closes left of the ceiling is the alert. The ceiling is calculated from the comparable, not from what somebody is asking.

The terminal is a separate application. Subscriptions open with recurring billing, alongside the tiers above.
Without a membership a card drawn from a pack comes back at 90% of the value it was drawn at in dollars, or 100% taken as Harmony Cash. A tier's Booster Buybacks raise the credit figure to 110%, 115% or 120%. The dollar rate does not move — cash is limited by cash, credit is limited by margin.
An Insurance pays a share of what the PACK cost, not of what the card turned out to be worth. A $100 pack that draws a $50 card returns $75 on a 75% Insurance. Each tier carries a set number per month.
It buys cards and packs and it never leaves the shop. Your wallet balance is real money and can be paid out; these are two balances on purpose, and they do not mix.
No tier alters what is in a pack or the chance of drawing it. Every card in every pool is published with its exact probability, membership or not.
