Terms of Service
Account rules, pricing errors, order acceptance, liability, governing law.
Most of this document is published below, including our Florida registration numbers in full. The sections marked “with counsel” are the ones a lawyer has to write — liability and jurisdiction — and we would rather name the gap than dress up placeholder text as a legal clause.
1 · Who we are
This store is operated by Deepcode LLC, doing business as HarmonyEshops, at 216 Monterey Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, USA.
You can reach a person at customerservice@harmonyeshops.com or +1 (772) 780-2474.
2 · Your account
One account works across every Harmony store, with one cart and one order history.
Your profile in the app shows other signed-in collectors your name as the community room shows it, your @handle, your picture, the month you joined and the cards held in your Harmony vault, with their photographs, names and grades. It shows no price, balance or anything you paid. You can make your collection private at any time in Account, under Profile.
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has it and we will end every active session on the account.
When the password or the shipping address on an account changes, a proved phone number is replaced, the second factor is turned off or turned on again, a shipping address is given for the first time on an account that already holds something, the bank account or debit card withdrawals are paid to is changed, or connected for the first time on an account that already holds something, or a Google or Apple sign-in is linked to an account that already existed, we email the account, and for 24 hours these wait: a withdrawal or a change to where withdrawals are paid, a card sent home from the vault, a sale back to us from the vault or under the Harmony Buyback, and a Market listing or a Market card paid from a balance. If that change was not you, write to customerservice@harmonyeshops.com and we will freeze the account. A first phone number and the first time the second factor is turned on start no wait.
You can browse and fill a cart without an account. Placing an order needs one, because an order has to belong to somebody — it is where the receipt and the buyback window live.
3 · Orders and acceptance
If a payment on your account is disputed with your bank, the account is on hold while we review it: purchases, Vault Packs, rewards, Market listings and withdrawals wait until the review ends.
We may close an account that disputes a payment it made, or that abuses refunds. A closed account can no longer be signed in to. We pay out its Balance and the Harmony Cash it paid for or earned selling us cards, less anything taken back for a disputed payment, back to the card it paid with or through a secure Stripe link for a bank account; Harmony Cash given as a bonus or a promotion ends with the account. The cards we hold for it are shipped home insured once the shipping is paid. A refund for our own error, or one these terms promise you, never counts against you.
A card used for a payment disputed with the bank cannot be used here again, on any account.
4 · Pricing and pricing errors
Adding something to your cart does not reserve it. Graded cards are one of one, and a card sitting in somebody's cart for a week cannot be unavailable to everyone else. The cart page says so where you can see it.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and the price and terms on your confirmation are the ones that bind both of us.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we cancel that line and refund it in full. We will not substitute a different card for the one you chose — a certification number is the product, not a suggestion.
5 · Delivery and transfer of risk
Prices are in US dollars and include no tax; sales tax is added at checkout once we know the delivery address.
We publish the market comparable next to the price on every graded card, with the sales it is drawn from, so you can check our number before you pay it.
Prices change. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
If a price is obviously wrong — a $780 card listed at $7.80 — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it. We will tell you which item and why, and we will not quietly ship you something else.
6 · Limitation of liability
Risk passes to you on delivery, not on dispatch. Everything ships insured, so a parcel lost or damaged in transit is our problem to resolve, not yours to absorb.
Where you choose to hold an item in the vault instead, risk stays with us for as long as we hold it.
7 · Governing law
With counsel. The limits of our liability, and which losses fall outside them. US consumer protection law caps what any store may disclaim, and this section will not overstate it.
