Membership Terms
Billing date, what a tier changes, Booster Buybacks, Insurances, cancellation, Harmony Cash.
1 · Billing date
Membership is not open for purchase yet. The three tiers are published so the terms are visible before anybody can be charged, not after.
When it opens, billing is monthly on the date you join. Nothing ships under a membership — a tier changes the rates on this page, and that is all it does.
2 · What a tier changes
A tier raises what we pay for a card you have just drawn from a pack, when you sell it back in the minutes after opening and take the payout as Harmony Cash. Without a membership that card comes back at 90% of the value it was drawn at in dollars or 100% in Harmony Cash, and the dollar figure is the same on every tier.
From the vault we buy a card back only through a Harmony offer, which we make on the cards we want, in Harmony Cash, for a limited time. On a card you bought from us each tier makes its own vault rate in Harmony Cash your rate on that offer whenever it is higher than the offer’s: Basic 95%, Pro 100% and Collector 100% of its FMV. On a card from your own pack, Collector 85% on that plan; no other plan raises it. A month whose payment has not been collected raises nothing.
No plan raises an offer on a card bought from another collector on the Market, whatever plan you hold.
Nor on a card a Pack Wars pot brings you from another seat’s pack, a player’s or a bot’s, whatever plan you hold. The card your own seat drew keeps your plan’s rate.
An offer is worked out on the FMV published the day we make it, and it states its figure, its rate and when it ends. A card with no current FMV gets no offer, membership or not.
3 · Booster Buybacks
A Booster Buyback is one of those window sell-backs above 100%: Basic 2 a month at 110%, Pro 3 a month at 115% and Collector 6 a month at 120%. You choose it before you open a pack, and it is spent on that pack whatever comes out of it: it pays when you sell that card back in Harmony Cash in the window, and if you keep the card or take dollars it is still spent. They apply at the pack window only, never to a Harmony offer — a plan's rate on an offer is a separate term, and it is not counted.
Unused Booster Buybacks do not carry into the next month and are not refunded.
4 · Insurances
An Insurance is calculated on what the PACK cost, not on what the card turned out to be worth: a $100 pack returns $75 on a 75% Insurance whatever came out of it. Pro carries 2 a month at 75%. Collector carries 2 a month at 90% and 3 a month at 75%. Basic carries none.
An Insurance is chosen before you open a pack, like a Booster Buyback, and it is spent on that pack whatever comes out of it: if the card is worth more, you keep or sell it as usual and the Insurance is still spent. Like Booster Buybacks, unused Insurances do not carry over. You choose one or the other for a pack, never both. A pack that is your first comes back whole at the window, so neither is offered on it.
5 · Cancellation
Cancel at any time, from the account page, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. No notice period and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops the monthly Harmony Cash and returns the pack window to the public rates, 90% to your Balance or 100% in Harmony Cash, and a Harmony offer to the offer’s own rate. Harmony Cash already credited to you stays in the account and does not expire.
6 · Harmony Cash
Harmony Cash is store credit for Harmony Collect. It buys cards and packs, it cannot be withdrawn, and it does not mix with your wallet balance — the wallet is money and can be paid out to your bank. What an order pays for with it, wholly or partly, sells back to us in Harmony Cash, not dollars, from the vault and under any buyback it carries; a card on an order placed before this term was published keeps the dollar option it was sold with.
Collector takes 10% off any pack paid with Harmony Cash. You can also top Harmony Cash up directly; a top-up is a purchase of store credit and, like the granted credit, it cannot be withdrawn.
