Both, each at its own published rate rather than a bonus added to the other. A card you bought from us pays 80% of the FMV by transfer or 90% as Harmony Cash. A card you did not buy from us pays 70% or 72%. A card still inside its pack decision window pays 90% or 100%. Every one of those figures is on the screen before you choose.
The exception is anything an order paid for in Harmony Cash, wholly or partly: it comes back in Harmony Cash only, and the transfer is not offered beside it. An order paid that way before that term was published keeps the dollar option it was sold with. A card bought from another collector on the Market carries no buyback of its own.
Harmony Cash does not expire and pays at checkout for anything we sell except a membership. Neither option is the default — where both are offered, you pick at the point of payout, with both numbers in front of you.
