You do, and you arrange it — but only after we have said yes. Nothing is posted on spec: send photographs first, we look at the card and accept or decline, and the intake address is released only once a request is approved. Nobody pays to ship us something we would have turned down.
Choose your own insured carrier and insure it for the figure we quoted. We deduct nothing from the payout for postage — you are paying the carrier, not us, and charging you again at settlement would be charging you twice.
This changed in September 2026. We used to email a prepaid label; sending labels for cards nobody had looked at was how cards arrived that we could not buy.
